The system is built around dedicated 120 mm frame profiles, including frame versions with and without cornice, as well as integrated mullion and false mullion profiles to support complex window configurations. 

For enhanced structural performance, NL 8500 offers optional steel reinforcement within key load-bearing components. In larger window constructions, selected profiles can also accommodate aluminium reinforcement, increasing rigidity and resistance to structural stress. 

This reinforced profile architecture ensures improved load distribution, long-term durability, and reliable performance in deep-frame applications typical for Dutch installation systems.
