The first and only producers of PVC profiles for windows in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The company Yavuz d.o.o. was founded in Srebrenik as one of the first manufacturers of PVC joinery in Tuzla Canton.

Our goal is to profile ourselves as a leading manufacturer of quality and innovative PVC joinery and always give our customers more than expected. We achieve this by introducing new products into the range, following construction trends, certifying products in authorized laboratories, constantly educating employees, and selecting suppliers who drive the same values. We are guided in our work by expertise, competence, and a constant desire for better and more advanced solutions for our clients.

The company has about 400 employees. The total area of the production plant is 52,000 square meters. Yavuz Company is the first and only manufacturer of PVC profiles for carpentry in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The factory in Brčko produces a domestic Bosnian and Herzegovinian brand of PVC profiles under the names BAUWIN (five chamber system of PVC joinery) and BAUFENS (seven chamber system of PVC joinery).

Lokman graduated from George Mason University in Virginia with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After his graduation, he went to Spain to improve his Spanish language skills for 6 months. Later on, Lokman started a new position in Yavuz Company d.o.o as an export manager.

He graduated from the University of Sarajevo with a bachelor's degree in Slavic languages. Although he knows 4 languages, he found himself in sales. After three years working in sales and marketing, he became a member of the Yavuz Company team as an export clerk.
